ORDER
This matter came on regularly for hearing this day, proof of publication being
attached hereto, and no taxpayer appearing either ~or or aginst the findings of Resolution No.
3l-69, ado~ted September 2, 1969, and the allegations constitutuing the emergency or the'
amount of expenditure authorized, to-wit: the sum of $l,300.00,
THEREFORE, the same are hereby approved and confirmed, and that the County Auditor
be and she is hereby authorized and empowered to draw ~rrant8 against the current Expense
Fund of Jefferson County not to exceed a gross of $l,300.00 upon the presentation of properly
approved vouches, such expenditure shall be chargeable to the 1969 Budget as the County
Auditor deems appropriate, PROVIDED HOWEVER, that no expenditure shall be made or liablity
incurred pursuant to this order until a period of five days, exclusive of this day, have.
elapsed.

RESOLUTION NO. 32-69
WHEREAS, the 1969 State Legislature enacted legislation, subsequently approved
by the Governor, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 282, Laws of 1969, Extraordinary Session has become affective
to implement the Counties .four year revaluation cycle .plan, and ..
WHEREAS, the option adopted by Jefferson County to oarry out above plan is by
expansion of the Assessor's present staff by two .(2) additional field appraisers.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The sum of Five Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($5,
200.00) be added to the budgey of the County Assessor for the year, 1969. The f,unds will be
used to defray the cost of the additional personnel and supplies required pending reim- .
bursement to the County from State funds appropriated by the 1969 Legislature under the above
Law.
