~eeting was called to order by Chairman Walter Kelly wit~ all members present.
Letter from Mrs. John J. Bolan, aS20 NW Cornell Road, Portland, Ore. regarding rumor
to close a roadway into their property in Irondale. This was confirmed by h.er in, conversa-
tion to Engineer. Mr. Daly suggested she write requesting notification whe.n hearing da~e
if scheduled for herself and Mrs. Ernest L. Milton, POBox 197, Elma Wa.. '
Communication from Interstate Assoc. of Public Land counties regarding resolution being
drafted for Public Land matters concerni.ng paymont in lieu of taxes. They request com-
misioners reaction to resolution when received.
Letter read from State Health Dept. to Howard G. Riddell regarding water approval at
Cape George and steps that must be taken to meet the requirements for approval.
Notification from the O@pt of General Administration, State of Washington, State Pro-
perty Disposal section, advising the Commis~ioners of surplus property within the
boundries of Jefferson County.
Copy of letter from Dept. of Revenue to Co. Treasurer advising of change on State Law
28.45 and added new section.
