Special bid on 1951 Chevy Panel truck, license Cl0968 - $l5.00 from William J.
Douglas, l4ll Index Ave. N.E., Renton, Washington 98055. (This vehickle was pre-
viously put up for bid with no bidders.) Douglas has special interest in vehicle as
he and his wife previously owned and drove it up from Californial They sold it to a
service station for $45.00. County evidently bought from station operator. Sen-
timental value involved.

Motion made by George Huntingford, seconded by O'Meara to have Engineer check
the bids.
Donald F. Small appeared re: road through his property - requests County open road
into his property. Advised there will have to be consideration to other property
owners in regard to his alternative suggestion that County abandon road. He did not
reel County should go to great expense on furnishing him a road.
Re: Fire District rormation refer to Bill Daly for hearing information.
Bud O'Mea~a moved and George Huntingford seconded motion to sign and accept agree-
ment with Intermediate School District 114 and County in regard to Superintendant
budget.

Telephone permit - Becket Point to Cape George road. George Huntingford moved and
B~d O'Meara seconded acceptance.

Contract ll91 Extension Agreement read.
Engineer Becker reported on bid differences in Graders and was moved by George Hunt-
ingiord, seconded by O'Meara to accept 2nd low bid of N.C. Machinery
Request for costs of vapor lights at North and South ~nds of Quilcene at County
?xpense by Quilcene Community Club. These have been paid by Quilcene Community Club
in the past. Becker will check out with Bob Knapp. Co~missioners called Power Co.
and find thay tilese are the lights that were to be taken over by County Road Dept.
Auditor will write confirming letter.
Bud O'r.leara moved and George Huntingford seconded motion to approve advertise for
bid on Road King sloper.
