tuting a Jefferson County Planning Commission de facto o~ de jure, the organization
has performed its office in accordance with st~tute and accepted responsibilities
thereunder and its acts and doings, insofar as this Board of County Commissioners
may be empowered to confirm, should be confirmed, therefore,
.
BE IT RESOLVED
That the attempted legislative action of this Board of County Commissioners
under date of Monday the l5th day of February, 1965, ce and the same, in all respects,
is hereby ratified and confirmed, and that all the acts and doings of the Jefferson
County Planning Commission as created thereunder are likewise ratified and confirmed
and said Planning Commission, as now constituted shall continue to act and ci~rry out
the duties and obligations as defined by statute and such duties and responsibilities
as this Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County may hereafter direct or
request, particular reforence is hereby mado to the provisions of Section 35.63.060 RCW
ADOPTED ~his 15th day of Decomber, 1969.

WHEREAS, IT APPEARS TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Dr' JEFFERSON COONTY, that
the following budget will not have sufficient funds to maintain itself for the year 1969,
due to emergencies Which could not have been forseen at the time of preparing budgets,
