VACATIONS: ~l steady employees shall be allowed two weeks vacation with p~y, ~ a~ter one (1) years continous employment, !I All steady employees shall receive three (3) weeks vacation with pay, after five ,. (5) years continuous employment, four (4) weeks with pay, after twenty two years continuous 1II,i, employment. ~~ployees to request their vacation time at the first of the year and if too many Ii request the same time, seniority to prevail. Vacation sChedule to be filed only in the i! office of the supervisor. :i Vacation time to .be worked out between the supervisor and employee. Vacation may ii be taken at any time during the yeer with the wel~are of the job being the determining :i factor. Employees may split their vacation into as many parts as is mutually agreed between ii employee and supervisor and no third party shall enter into or influence this decision.l .. ., lO. Wages and classifications shall be made a part of and attached to this agree- ment. ll. No employee shall be reqquired to out at night alone during a storm. l2. SENIORITY: The Employer agrees to recognise the principles of seniority are to be recognized, providing the employee is qualified and most competent. 13. Any employee rGquired to report for duty shall be guaranteed two hours call time and time and one-half for hours worked. 14. ~~an an employee replaces another employee, with higher wage scale, he shall receive the higher wage as long as he is doing the "Higher Wage Job". lS. HEALTH & WELFARE: As of January l, 1970, the Employer shall pay into the WASHINGTON TEAMSTERS WELFARE TRUST premiums that shall be $22.40 a month for every employee covered by this agreement who worked eighty (80) hours or more in the month of December, 1969, and thereafter shall pay $22.40 a month for each employee who works eighty hours or more during the preceding month, for the term of this contract. It is agreed that this clause may be opened at any time, providing the carrier raises the premiums. l6. This agreement shall be effective from January 1, 1970, to December 3l, 1970, and shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter; provided that either party may terminate same on the lst of January of any year by giving sixty (60) days notice in writing previous to January first.
