Commissioner O'i\leara asked Beclter about Vaughn Evans letter concerning the J. F. Hartegan property. Becker said the County has done all it possibly could to make things right with Mr. Hartegan and if he insists on suing, Daly will handle the case. !i Letter was received frum the Public Health Department regarding Protection Island water syste~ and Lazy C Ranch water system. Jim Sofie was in concerning Senate Bill No. 144. House Bill No. 26, House Admendment to Engyossed Senate Bill No. 144, Senate Bill No. 61, and House Bill No. 2l were received by Commissioners. Motion was made by Commissioner Huntingford and seconded by Commissioner O'Meara to appoint Mr. Raymond Isle as COlllity Extension Agent. Sheriff Hansen appeared regarding the radio system. They are interested in getting the Clell+ am and Jefferson Counties Police Departments on the same frequency and having the Engineers and Fire Department on a separate frequency. He would like to have a meeting within the next two weeks with Jefferson and Clellam Counties and Fort Worden. Said he would set it up and notify the Commissioners. Letter from William J. Murphy received by Commissioners. Secretary instructed to answer letter and advise that letter would be given to the Planning Commission. Engineer Becker said Chapman Chemical Co. has been included on list of bidders. Moved by Commissioner Huntingford and seconded by Commissioner O'Meara to charge a deposit fee of $10.00 for Comprehensive Water and Sewer Plan Book. !vlotion made by Commissioner O'Meara an:l seconded by Commissioner Huntingford to approve the minutes of meetingij on February 6th., 11th., and 16th. Motion made by Commissioner O'Meara and seconded by Commissioner Huntingford to accept and sign Resolution No. 7-70 County Road Project No. 320 in the matter of Thorndyje Road, Co. Rd. Motion made by Commissioner Huntingford and seconded by Commissioner O'f'.-Ieara to accept and sign Resolution No. 9-70 County Road Project No. 317, in the matter of the Dosewallips Road, County Road No. 70. To construct on,:,ElDe mile of County Road No. 70. Commissioners accepted Public Notice P-70'44 and P-70-40.
