Commissioners adjourned the meeting to per:form the dedication ceremony :for the new Courthouse

William Daly gave the dedication speech, and IIlr. and Mrs. Lee Davis and II'lrs. Carrie Hunting-
:ford were honored as the first ones to ride in the elevator.

Melvin Kivley appeared re: Easements on County Roads. Inrormed Commissioners that he had
eng~ged Roach Engineers and that he is putting in a water system for Hadlock-Irondale area.
Commissioners stated that they will gladly give him easements for his water lines when he is
, ready.
