The YDCC will have the authority to reject any project that may conflict with State Law,
endanger the enrollees, or in the opinion of the YDCC staff is not a suitable work project.
The YDCC will also have the authority to refuse enrolment or dismiss with just cause any
enrollee.
Selection of enrollees will be from applicants to the County of Jefferson. Work areas and
specific projects will be selected by the County of Jefferson. The work will be inspected
by the County of Jefferson to insure that adequate standards are maintained.

Commissioners signed a Notice to violators of the sanitary and the biilding permit codes
of Jefferson County, both which became effective January l, 1970.
It has come to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners that
promiscuous building is under way in various areas of Jefferson County.
Awarning is issued to all violators to take corrective measures of ac-
quiring the proper permits or legal action will be taken. Any struct-
ure valued at $500,00 ar more, total value, including labor and mater-
ials, must have a permit posted on the premises. Any installation of
septic tank, well, water system, etc. must have the proper permit and
inspection by the Olympic Health District Health Officer.

It has come to the attention of the County Commissioners that you are
in violation of the sanitary and the building permit codes of Jeffer-
son County, both which became effective January l, 1970.
You are instructed to obtain the necessary permits within fifteen (15)
days or the County will be forced to take action against you.
