DO HEREBY RESOL VB:
Section 1. There is here and hereby granted to the City of Port Townsend, a
municipal corporation in Jefferson County, WaShington, an easement for the construction, in.-
stallation and maintenance of a sewerline, over, across and through the West one-half of
Block 48 in the California Addition to the said City of Port To~msend.

Section 2. The Board of Commissioners of said Jefferson County be and there are
hereby auth orized to execute and deliver an easement granting the right set forth in Section lJi
