Commissioner's received proposed resoiutlon supporting HJR No. 42, from the Wa!lhington State Association
of Counties, with request that it be signed before Nov. 3rd. General Elections. Commissioners' will refrain
from signing until they have a more complete understanding of the bill.
Legislative Budget Committee sent request for information relating to the ef!p.ct of existing state statutol'y
