Rd. No. 16-15. 11, in Sections 9 &: 16, T. 26 N., R. 1 W., W. M. between Station 31+78.1 and Station 54+50.5 as shown on plan of S. R. P. Meeting called to order by Chairman Walter A. Kelly with all members present. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Williams, of Williams Addition, appeared re: Williams, Marsh...ll, Egan Plat. Williams; wants to vacate lots 2 and 3 of his addition because of creek and high bank make property inaccessable. Engineer Becker left room to find Pros. Attny. Daly to inquire of legality of vacation. He returned to inform. the Board that they could vacate partial plats according to Dcl,ly. Becker will type up resolution and necess- ary papers to make vacation possible. I Dispute between Williams and Egan still not settled. Egan granted water rights by Williams, but he also wants beach rights. Williams cannot give Egan rights to the beach because property has been sold to private parties. County cannot complete it's work until the dispute is settled. Commissioners and Auditor counted cash in the Treasurers Office and substanciated the amount. They also inspected the jail cells. Mrs. Elsie Lopeman appeared regarding the county road contiguous to her property and new road on her ten acres of property by Willie R'ltter. Wants Commissionere to declare new road as a County Road. Also, Rutter is to repair damage he caused to her fence. She does not disapprove of road as long an it io done properly, without damage to her property and fence and it is declared a county road. Becker ie to contact Rutter to insist that road is built according to county specifications. . Mr. Jesse Allen came before the Board to request that road through hi1 property be closed because of people dumping trash, dee r hunting, etc. He blocked the road off himse if. Stated that if road belongo to the county then it should be maintained by the county. Commissioners advis~d Allen to open the road and said it would be maintained ~ y the county.
