After a two hour discussion, Mr. Lundblad asked to have those interested in pa.rticipating in the workshop,
leave their name an<J address and they would be informed of the next time and place of the meeting.
There being no further questions, the meetlng was adjourned.

Mrs. Clifford Bailey appeared regarding the Agreement with the Jeff~rBon County Housing Authority.
Commissioners approved and signed Resolution No. 37-70, as follows, and Agrrement.

Mr. Clifford Berry, Planner, appeared for John Swift re: Preliminary Plat of Marine View Estates, Divis-
ion No.1&: 2. Mr. Gary Frazer attended for the Jefferson County Health Dept. to inquire 'of water and "
sanitary facilities and topography of the area. Hood Canal Advisory Commission sent Ilotice that the prelim-Ii
inary plat should be refused until studies are made of the water and sewage problems and the situation is :i
taken care of properly. Motion made by Commissioner Huntingford to extend Hearing until December 21st. ii
to enable planners to meet regulations of the Health Dept. Motion by Commissioner O'Meara to approve the :1
preliminary Division No.2, with the contingency that regulations are met with the Health Dept. Motion ii
seconded by Commissioner Huntingford. Division No.1 is to be held in abeyance until Decembl r' 21st. ' il

Mr. Wayne Dupuis appeared re: Road in Williams-Triton Cove Estates. He was informed that Pros. Attny.
Daly was acting on this matter and the situation woilld be taken care of as soon as possible. Mr. Dupuis
said he had been sent an Agreement by Egan's Lawyer for him to sign, giving Egan water, power, beach
rights, etc.. and in return, Egan would permit the use of roadwaya connecting the plats. Mr. Dupuio stated
he refused to sign this agreement. ;'1

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Williams came before the Board to inquire of progress 011 Williams-Triton Cove-Mal'shal~
Egan Addition. Engineer Becker informed them of progress and stated that he is free to go ahead with water II
on his property. Commissioner Huntlngford sald he felt things could be Bettled alot easier and faster if ail ::
persons involved could appear at the same time and talk thlngs over. All concur. Meeting wilt be at a later ;1
