Z8N, R lEWM, the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 8, T. Z8N, R. lEWM. Excepting therefrom those portions lying within the rights of way for platted streets, the Johnny Werner Road, County Road No. 90-0.97, and the Swansonvllle Road, County Road No. 90, as con- structed under CRP 105 approved April 11, 195Z and CRP 100 approved June 6, 1951. I 8. All that portion of t1~'a old Qullcene-Center Road, County Road No. 18, from the northeasterly right of way line of State Route No. 104 easterly to the northwesterly right of way llne of the exiatlng Qullcene-Center Rd. No. 18, in the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 16, T. 28N, R. 1 WWM. I 9. All that portion of the Wykoff Road, County Road No. 34-0.16, from the north llne of the Sl/2 of the SW 114 of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 36, T. 29N, R. ZWWM, southerly to Snow Creek. 10. All those portions of the old Chimacum Creek Road, County Road No. 12-1.54, from the easterly right of way line of County Road No. 12, Airport Cut-off section, easterly to the north-south quarter section line of Sec. 34 T. 30N, R lWWM. Excepting therefrom those portions lying within the right of way of County Road No. 12-1. 78, as constructed under CRP 231, approved February 2, 1962. .. 11. All t'hat portion of the old Ludlow-Shine Road, County Road No.8, in Gov. Lots 4 and 5 of Sec. 17, T. 28N, R. lEWM. Excepting therefrom that protion lying within the right of way of the Port Ludlow-Paradise Road, County Road No. 6 as constructed under CRP 292 approved Jan- uary 16, 1967. W. 36.87.010, the same are useless, BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners does now declare its intention to vacate and c:.ba.ndon said roads, and be it I FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to examine said roads and report his opinion as to whether these county roads should be vacated and abandoned; whether any is in use or has been in use; the conditions thereof, and whether it will be adviseable to preserve said roads for the county road system in the future; whether the public will be benefited by the 'proposed abandonment, and all other facts, matters and things which will be of importance to the Baord: and that such report be filed as soon as . practicable. i' ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1970.
