Motion by Commissioner O'Meara and seconded by Commissioner Huntingford to approve and sign Resolution
No. 42-70, accepting Oak Bay Road, Co. Rd. Project No. 319, officially fixing a cut-off date for the filing
of liens.
RESOLUTION NO. 42-70

BE IT RESOLVED, that effective of this date, County Road Project No. 319, commonly known
as the Oak Bay Road improvement, be and the same, is hereby accepted, and confirmed as an integral part
of the Jefferson County Road Systemj
THE adoption of this Resolution appears especially advisable in order to officially fix a cut-
.
off date for the filing of liens.
ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 1970.
