A RESOLUTION ot the Board oC County Commissioners for Jefferson County, Washington,
adopting by reterence the provisions of Chapter 87 of the 2nd 1970 Extra-
ordinary Seuion laws ot the Washington State Legislature and fixing for
land clanlClcation hereunder a reasonable application processing fee.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County,
as follows:
Section 1.
That the purpose and Intent of Chapter 87 of the lnd Extraordinary Session of
the Forty-first Legislature ot the State of Washington, and all the provisions thereof insofar as they pertain
to Jeffer30n County, are hereby rofarred to and by thi. reference be and the same are hereby established,
adopted and settled as legislative polley and procedure of Jefferson County.
Section 2.
That to accompllsh the objectives herein sought to be obtained and to permit
an owner of land desiring current use assenment under said legislative act and this resolution, upon filing
of application therefore, the applicant shall accompany sueh appllcation with processing fees as follows:
$25,00 to be credited to the Current Expense Fund, and non- returnable, and $50.00 upon
approval thereof,
PROVIDES HOWEVER, no parcel greater than 640 acres shall be considered on one appli-
cation,
ADOPTED this 14th. day of December, 1970,
