BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, as follows: Section 1. That the purpose and Intent of Chapter 87 of the lnd Extraordinary Session of the Forty-first Legislature ot the State of Washington, and all the provisions thereof insofar as they pertain to Jeffer30n County, are hereby rofarred to and by thi. reference be and the same are hereby established, adopted and settled as legislative polley and procedure of Jefferson County. Section 2.
