1. All those portions of the Oak Bay Road, Co, Rd. No. 10, from the east boundary of Section 12, T, 29N,
R.l WWM northwesterly to the west boundary of Block 7 of Bayview Addition to Hadlock, ExceptlnB
the refrom those portions lying within the rights of way for platted st reets and the Oak Day Road.
Co. Rd. No, 10, as constructed under CRP No, 165, approved August 9,1957. Moved by Commiss-
ioner Kelly, second by Commissioner Huntlngford to vacate road.

line of Co, Rd. No, lS-3. SO to the east line of Gov. Lot 4 of Sec. 5, T.27N, R,I WWM, Eltccpting
therefrom that portion lying within the 1'ight of way of Co. Rd. No. IS as constructed under CRP No,
2S9, approved Aprll 17,1967. Moved by Commissioner Huntingford, second by Commissioner
Kelly to vacate.

3. All that pc:rrtion of Co. Rd. No. 314, Irondaie Street, over and acrofls Block 42 of the Town of
of Irondale. Appearing against closure of road were: Mr. and Mrs. Ernest L. Mllton, Margaret
Learned, Mrs. Chester, Judy, Mr. Dale Judy, Elizab eth A. Stembol and Mrs. John Bolan, who
also presented letter. Commissioners received letter from Mr. H. C. Reuter requesting vacation,
Moved by Commissioner Huntingford, second by Commissioner Kelly that vacation be denied.
4. All of West Leland Road, Co. Rd. No, 30-7.85 in its entirety. Mrs, Tooker, representing Dorothy
Tooker and Mary Jean Campbell, appeared against road vacation. Moved by Commissioner Hunt-
ingford, to table decision of said road until owners of contiguous property have access off new
road. Second by Commissioner Kelly.

5. All that portion of the Lords Lake Loop Road, Co. Rd. No, 30, in Gov. Lot 2 of Sec, 26. T,2SN,
R.2WWM, that extends northwesterly 240 feet from the northwesterly shoreline of Lake Leland at
the site of the old Lake Leland Bridge, Engineer Becker recommended road not be vacated due to
RCW 36.87 (1969 New Section), Mr, George Munn appeared for the closure of 240 feet of the road,
stating that it was not illegal because the road did not abllt the w.ater. Stated he has paid the taxes
on this property for the last 90 years. Mr, &: Mra. Allen West appeared against closure of road,
Chairman O'Meara stated that he was against closing of{ beach property to the public. Moved b~'
Commissioner Huntingford and second by Commissioner Kelly to deny vacation due to RCW 36,87.
6. All that portion of the old Port Townsend-Chimacum Road, Co, Rei, No, 12, from the north-sou th
quarter sect ion line of Sec. 34, T.30N, R.l WWM, northwesterly to the northeasterly right of
way line of Co. Rd. No. 12 as constructed under CRP No. 107 (Contract 4510) approved May 18,1953.
Moved by Commissioner Kelly and seconded by Commissioner Huntingford for vacation.
