Meeting regarding coin-operated amusement machines. Those attending were as follows: Mrs. Juel Simon- il
son, Machine ShOPi Mrs John Yackulic, Valley Tavern; Mrs. Leona Clark, Whistling Cilyster; Mr. Charles Ii

has true classification of coin-operated machines and is therefore very questionable, Stated also that Ordin-Ij
ance does not say who has authority of enforcement. Chairman O'Meara said the Board has received letter II
from Pros. Attny. Daly recommending repeal of the Ordinance. Hal McKee, holder of master license, II
stated if business owners are allowed to run there own aI:hines, he isn't sure he can afford to stay in the II
county. Commissioner Huntingford in favor of throwing out Ordinance No. 12. Moved there be no license I
fee charge for this year and return money to Mr, McKee for his Master License. Motion seconded by Com- II

missioner Kelly, Ordinance No. 1-71 signed by Commissioners repealing Ordinance No. 12, adopted in I,'
May of 1956. Chairman 0' Meara stated he was in accordance except he feels small tax should be placed I
on each machine and money would go to the Parks and Recreation Fund. A Iso, County could regulate and ';
