Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tha~ this purporse be performed by contract in accordance with the Standard
Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of Waahington as adopted by this Board.
ADOPTED THIS 8th day of March, 1971.
