Mr. Lloyd M. Bell appeared with request for county to dig ditch on the edge of his property, Lots 5,6 &: 7,
Paradise Bay. Stated his propert y is being flooded due to way culverts are layed. County will do ditching,
but any erosion caused by new ditching will be the responsibility of the property owner.
