MURJI"'.!.I_ ....TTLIl-Ti-.ee NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that there is hereby created, pursuant to RCW 36.70.060, a regional advisory planning commission, known as the Hood Canal Advisory Commission. Said commission shall concern itself with the entire Hood Canal drainage basin, located within Jefferson, Mason i ,I and Kitsap Counties, and shall (J.) mmence and carryon a regional study program which shall include an ',ass i-I! " Ii Ii il physical and biological characteristics of the district; (2) a continually updated survey of existing water and Ii Ii :i " !I Ii Ii I) i! milation of existing information and the gathering of new information necessary for (l) an inventory of the land uses within the district; (3) the various potential uses within the regional district and their relative effect on the natural environment and relative benefits and detriments to the public. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said commission shall operate within the frame- work of the by-laws which are attached to and made a part of this resolution. PASSED this 15th. day of March, 1971.
