Jefferson County lowered the departments ratio, but not below 10% so revah\ed property remained eligible for rollback. II ': I Dr. Glenn Deer appeared re: Bridgehaven, Division No.9, Requests verification froM Board of eventual ,approval and ml\intenance 01 sewage disposal system for Bridgehaven. Developer wants to have condominum built on. property contiguous to platted area and which is to be included on proposed sewage disposal system. He wail informed that system would have to cofrply with aU rulea and regulations of the Dept. of Ecology and be approved by the Dept. of Health before final approval by the Board. Also, money would have to be put in escrow for i~provement and enlargement of system. Dr. Deer stated 10% of income from sale of platted lots is to be placed in escrow for this purpose. He will present outline of co."'plete cost of sewar plant, with preliminll.l'y plan, and stating amount to be put in escrow. He was advised by ChairlT'an O.'Meara that as long as 'they comply and meet with all before ~'l'1entioned regulations, he could see nothing wrong with their going ahead with theil' p12ms. Letter from Port Townsend Library Boa.rd requesting allowance in budget for reimbursement of costs incurred by service t.o p~ople who live in the county. Question as to whether request is too late to get in budget. Mr. Frank Kilham, appearing for the Library Board, stated amount could be raised by charging rr.ore for library cards, but did not want to go this way unless absolutely necessary. Pros. Attny.
