WHEREAS, State of Washington, Laws of 1941, Chapter 99, does
provide that on the first Monday in October of each year, the Board of County
Commissioners shall m~Jet at the time and place designated by prior notice
to adopt the Budget for the ensuing year; and
WHEREAS, said law was complied with, hearings held at which tax-
payers might be heard andl or given an opportunity to question any part of
the proposed budget; now

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Jefferson County
Commisaioners, meeting in regular session, that the following budget be
and it hereby is adopted as the FINAL BUDGE:T, JEFFERSON COUNTY ROAD
FUND, and ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM for the calendar year, 1972.
