Board received letter of appreciation for their attendance at the recent Olympic Peninsula Water Resources Conference from PUD No.1. County trust land transmittal of funds, $97.50 from O. C. Sellers for annual rental of brush lease. Board received two notices from the State Liquor Control Board: 1) License issued to Randolph Holland Barrett, d/b/a Discovery Bay Lodge, has been amended to show continued operations from October 1, 1971 through December 31, 1971 inclusive. 2) Notice of application for Class CD license from Robert Georgo Haley d/b/a Pleasant Harbor Cafe. Correspondence from Dept. of Revenue concerning Assessed Property Values and the Forest Tax Act received wIthout comment. Hearing for Council on Alcoholism: Mrs. Margory Johnson appeared on behalf of the Council. No one appeared against. Motion by CommiFlsioner l(€llly, Flecond by Commisaioner Hunt1ngford to approve the ostablishing, maintaining and funding for 1971 and 72, with aid from the f'ederal Governmont. Emergency resolution will be drawn up for tho ramainder of '71. RElsolution will be drawn up for all of 1972.
