Letter from Elmer Adams, Superintendent, Quilcene Public Schools, concerning same problem. States highway is dangerous and is not properly marked. Commissioner Kelly advised highwtly is adequately marked only signs are not large enough for modern day traffic. Biggest problem is with tourists.
