BE IT RESOLVED, and this BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS does hereby order, allocate I 1 Ii !! i: " " distribute and apportion said sum of $909,255.28; as follows: (A) to the COUNTY ROAD FUND for the maintenance and construction of County Roads during the year 1972, the sum of $454,627.64; (B) to the COUNTY SCHOOL DIE:TRICTS the sum of $454, 627.64 to be distributed as follows: to be apportioned according to attendance in said Districts by the County Superintendent of Schools (Intermediate School District Nc'. 114) according to law as follows: SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 20 (Queets- Clearwater) the sum of $10,955.40 SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 46 (Brinnon) the sum of 7,270.23 SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 48 (Quilcene) the sum of 53,124.54 SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 49 (Chimacum) the sum of 108,362.59 SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 50 (Port Townsend) the sum of 265.502.39 SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 402 (Quillayute) the sum of 9,412.49 ADOPTED this 8th day of November, 1971. Board received informatIon concerning Seal Rock Commission Action, from State Parks & Recreation Commission.; Board of Commissioners do not. approve of location of launching site due to close proximity of private homes, and proposl3d location is at end of dead end street. End or street is closed for the protection of homes in that area. Parks Dept. will be notified of disapproval. Parking area would be directly behind private homes. Hoard received request for confirmation 0'1 termination of bond for Arthur Swanson as County Treasurer, on Sept, 27, 1971, and notice of execution of new bond for Lil118n O. Jac:obRon, Mr. Swanson's successor on said date, from Urlited Pacific Cascade Reliance. Secretary will confirm with copy to Joe Welch Ins. Board recoived letter from Ed Richey, Member, Shore land Advisory Commission, regarding duties of the Commission. Board stated they are to act in an advisory capacity only, with no authority to prove or disapprove' permit applications. TAtter from State Uquor Control Board asking Board's IlPP1'oval or disapproval of ChangIng llcense of Curley's Place from BCEF to ACEF. Notl,ce will be BAnt of approval to change as requested. Letter from Ll30 Roline, AlA, rA: Repairs on West End Annex. Lincoln Construction still has one flt.em of repairs to complete, amounting to $200 - $250.
