COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 339
BEFORE THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON CX)'lJNTY COMMISSIONERS, STATE OF WASHINGTON.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to improve 4.12
miles of County Road No. 203 by draining and surfacing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT FOR The foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby appropriated
sums in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein described in HEREBY DECLWD to be a public necessity and the County Road
Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor in accordance with the Standard
Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of Washington els adopted by this Board.

Motion by Commissioner Huntingford, second by Chairman O'Meara to approve and sign request for revision
of district boundaries and agreement of Fire Protection District No.1 to annex area being transferred from
Fire Protection District No.5. Lands described as follows:
West 1/2 of Sections 16, 21, 28 and 33, all in Township 29 North
Range 1 West, Willamette Meridian
This is in conjunction with Resolution No. 25-70. (See Vol. P, Pages 41-42)

The 1971 Board of Equalization reconvened on this date I a s required by law. Assessor, Jim Sofie presented
for oorrection 1972 Assessment Rolls, manifest errors, omitted assessment and amended returns. Motion by
Commissioner Huntingford, second by Chairman O'Meara for corrections to bo made accordingly. Thore being
no further business before tho Board of Equalization, the meeting WlIS adjourned.

1972, and Tax Lovies for 1972 for Boards review. Mr. Sofio al",o presented copy of letter to Dept. of Rovonue
requesting additional funds of $6,100.00 to complete COLmty rovaluation program for this fiscal yoar.
