Meeting called to order by Commissioner George Huntingford with Commissioner Walter A. Kelly present and Chairman A. M. O'Me,ara absent. .. Hearing for Application for Shoreline Management Permit from Forest Engineering Division Department of Natural Resources, for their proposed project on the Hoh River. Project is to construct a public access. No one appeared against. Advisory Commission recommends acceptance. Motion by Commiosioner Kelly, second by Commissioner Huntingford to approve permit. Board received Shoreline Application Permit from Oce/m Systems, Inc. for their proposed project of mooring , two floattng'fish pens and a floVo: recording buoy for the raising of salmon. Referred to Shoreland Advisory Commission for inspection and advisement. Petition to vacate road, Co. Rd. No. 16-237, Old Dabob Bay Road, from Paul Kehrer and Annie C. Kehre!: Petition included signatures of surrounding property owners and a check for $100 made out to the Jefferson Co. Auditor. Engineer Becker took petition for processing. Hearing set for January 10, 1972. Board received fUlly executed copy of lease for property on Indian Island and maps of the area. Navy requests copy of insurance. Certificate of Insurance or a certified copy of the policy will be forwarded by Welch Ins. , Motion by Commissioner Kelly, seconded by Commissioner Huntingford to approve and sign Resolution No. 42-71, Co. Rd. Project No. 341, as follows: RF;SOLUl'ION NO. 42-71 County Road Project No. 341 BEFORE THE BOARD Of' JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. ST ATE OF WASHINGTON. In the matter of the Dabob-Coyle) Road, County Road No. 16 ) Resolution to Relocate and Const!11Ct , IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to improve . 1 mile of the Dabob-Coyle Road, by relocating, clearing, grubbing, grading and draining. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby appropriated sums in the follOWing detail: Lac. Engr. Right Of Way Items of Work: Da1-" Labor Contract Constr. Engr. Gas Tax Funds $ 2.500.00 Total $ 2.500.00 Dona Hons. etc. $-- Other $ 22,500.00 22.500.00 Tota 1 $ 25 100!h.QL $ $ $ 25.000.00 The county road purpose herein. described is HEREBY DECIARED to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
