VACATIONS:
9. All steady employees shall be allowed two weeks vacation "'lith pay, after one (1) years
continuous employment.
All steady employees shall receive three (3) ....-eeks vacation with pay, after five (5) years continuous

employment, four (4) weeks with pay after twenty (20) years continuous employment.

Employees to request their vacation time at the first of the year and if too many request the same time,
seniority to prevail. Vacation schedule to be filed only in the office of the supervisor.
Vacation time to be worked out between the supervisor and employee. Vacation may be taken

at any time during the year with the welfare of the job being the determing factor. Employees may split
their vacation into as many parts as is mutually agreed between employee and supervisor and no third party
shall enter into or influence this decision.
10. Wages and classifications shall be made a part of and attached to this agreement.
11. No employee shall be required to be out at night alone during a storm.

SENIORITY:
12. The Employer agrees to recognize the principles of seniority are to be recognized, providing
the employee is qualified and most competent.
13. Any employee required to report for duty shall be guaranteed two hours call time and time and
one-half for hotn"s worked.
14. When an employee replaceR another employee, wIth higher wage scale, he shall receive the

higher wage as long as he is doing the "Higher Wage Job."
HEALTH & WELFARE:
15. As of January 1, 1971 the Employer shall pay into the WA..'3HINGTON TEAMSTERS WELFARE TRUST
premiums that shall be $35.26 a month for every employee covered by this agreement who worked eighty (80)
hours or more in the month of December, 1970, and there-after shall pay $35.26 a month for each employee
who works eighty hours or more during the preceding month, for the term of this contract. It is further agreed

that premium payments by the Employer are guararlteed, sufficient hi amount to ma intain the present level of
Health and Welfare benefits payments, should such increased premiums be required by the Insurance Carrier.
Any employer who becomes delinquent forty-five (45) days in payment of Health and Welfare premiums
shall be liable for all medical and hospital bills and other benefits contracted by his employees in accordance

with the amounts set in the Teamsters Health arid Welfare program.
DRUG AND PHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES:
16. Effective January 1, 1972, for hours worked the preVious month, and oach month thereafter, during
the life of thill Agreement, each Employer who 1s a party to this AoreermrA: shall pay into the Employee Benefits

Trust Fund, the provisions of which the undol'signed partieB agree to accept, the amount of $4.90 por month for
each employee covered by this Agreement who was componsated for eJ.ghty (00) hours or more during the previous Ii

Trustees to maintain these benefits. The above payments shall be mlJde to the Administrative Office at BeaU Ie,
Washington by the tenth (lOth) day of eaoh month and in tho event the Trustees of the Trust Fund are required
to take legal action to collect any Employer'S contribution dUG under this oontraot, the Ernplo}'cr shall be liable
