for all necessary costs and expenses of the litigation, including reasonable attorney fees. Failure to make all
payments herein provided for within the time specif1ed shall be a breach of the Agreement.
RETIREE'S WELFARE TRUST:
17. Effective January 1, 1971, and each month thereafter during the period of this agreement, the
Employer agrees ~o pay into the RETIREES WELFARE TRUST the sum of Three Dollars and Fifty Cents ($3.50) per
month for each employee who received compensation for eighty (80) hours or more during the preceding month.
The Employer and the Union hereby aqree to the provisions of the Retiree's Welfare Trust and shall
best in the Trustees the sole discretion to determine eligib1l1ty, benefits, arid tet'mination of benefits.
This Agreement shall be effective from January 1, 1972 to December 31, 1972 and shall be automatica#y
renewed from year to year thereafter; provided that either party may terminate same on the Hst of January of any'"
year by giving sixty (60) days notice in writing previous to January first.

The above wages carry an increase of 15~ per hour in the west end of the county.
18. UNION WAGES:
The Employer shall for the duration of this agreement, deduct regular Association dUe!! each month
