Board received letter from Jefferson County Planning Commission recommending the construction of pedestrian,
bridle, and bicycle paths be given priority in all future road development. No action taken by the Board at this
time.
Bob Fakkema, Gerald Slagle (Hill, Ingman and Chase) and Mr. Frank White appeared regarding: Toandos Del
Mar. Sent report on Sewage and Waste Disposal system for Toandos Del Mar and was received at last Monday's
meeting. Commissioner Kelly asked about amount of water for development and if it has been approved by the
Health Department. Mr. Fakkema stated they have not received final approval as yet. Plat does not come under
the Shoreline Management Act due to approval prior to addoption of act. Mr. Slagle gave a brief review of pro-
peAsal and stated how each requirement had been met. He asked that the Board review the tentative interium
agreement on sewerage (first step in proposal is for Company takeover). Requests letter from Board of approval
of plan. Board will ask Pros. Daly to review agreement and advise what action can be taken. Biggest question
concerns escrow account.
