I I I B111 Stratton appeared:re: Possible enlargement of Fire District No.2. Inquired as to steps required. He was advised to talk to the property owners first to make sure they want district enlarged because It w1ll raise their taxes. He was advised to contact the Fire District Commissioners and then consult with b'le Assessor's Office for further steps. . Engineer Becker presented rellolution to pay the Director of Highways the amount of $2,750.00 for providing asphalt plant inspection and related services for Jefferson County Road Project No. 331, Oak Bay Road. Motion by Commissioner Kelly, second by Chairman 0' Meara to approve and sign Resolution No. 13-72, as follows. Commissioner Huntingford did not sign resolution due to being absent dlJring the afternoon session. I RESOLUTION NO. Jj..:2..L Transfer Resolution No. 13-72 County Road Project No. 331 State Account No. CY 824 I TRANSFER RESOLUTION AND REQUEST FOR THE DIRECTOR OF HIGHWAYS TO PERFORM CERTAIN WORK BafoI'fJ the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington. It is HEREBY ?.ESOLVED by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that the Director of High- eft ways is authorized and directed to provide asphalt plant inspection and related services for Jefferson County Road Project Oak Bay ROE\d to the amount of Two Thousand Sev,en Hundred Fifty & No/lOO----($2,750.00) Dollars, being an amount not in excess of the amount of money now credited or reasonably anticipated to accrue to Jefferson County in the Motor Vehicle Fund during the 1971-1973 biennium, and I Authorization is hereby granted for the withholding from the allocation of fuel tax revenues to Jefferson County, from the Motor Vehicle Pund, an amount not in excess of the above specified sum, for the use of the Director of Highways to defray the costs incurred in the performance of the aforesaid requested work, and upon completion of the aforesaid work, a statement having been furnished Jefferson County of the cost of all labor, eqUipment, material, supplies, and engineering, authorization is made to effect reimbursement to the Department of Highways in the amount of such cost from the funds withheld, however, not to exceed the above . specified sum with any unexpended balance to be released to Jefferson County clnd to be included in the next succeeding warrant covering fuel tax allotments, all in accordance with RCW 4".08.080.
