Board Signed Resolution No. 15-72, Establtshment of a County Road in accordance with Resolution No. 32- 71, adopted the 27th day of September, 1971, as follows: RESOLUTION No. 15-72 ., ESTABLISHMENT OF A COUNTY ROAD This matter coming on to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's report with respect to the intent to ostablish a county road flet forth in Resolution No. 32-71 adopted the 27th day of September, 1971, and it appearing to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing upon said Engineer's re.. port has been posted and published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publication being now on file herein, and said Board having proceeded to consider the report of the Engineer, together with other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the premises, does now find and determine (I) that the public will be benefited by the establishment thereof, II NOW THERE PORE , BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby ordered that The north 40 feet of that portion of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 31, T. 27 N..
