Mr. Lloyd Hansen appeared before the Board to discuss the request of Mr. John Fletcher, to put a cemetary on
one acre of his property. Stated this would be a private cemetary. No definite action by the Board at this time.
Engineer Becker returned to advise that bid totals were correct. Motion by Commissioner Kelly, second by Com-
missioner Huntingford to award both bids to Owens Brothers for the construction of Maple and Alder Creek Bridges
Mr. Michael Gass came before the Board to present his ideas regarding the Evergreen Development (Toandos Del
Mar), for consideration by the Board before making their decision.

Commissioners received a copy of Skamania County's Camper Club Ordinance and Platting laws.
Mr. Will Gariss, of the Community Action Council, appeared to a sk if the Board would be the applicant for E .D .
A. Commissioners gave their approval.
Board received letter from Frank Nebish, Director of Clallam-Jefferson County Overall Economic Development,
requesting loan of some desks that are not being used in the Courthouse at this time. Motion by Commissioner
HUlltingford, second by Commissioner Kelly to approve loan.

Mr. R. L. Bradley, Director of Juvenile Court Sen,.ices, presented two resolutions relating to reimbursement of
the Juvenile Court Probation funds. Motion by Commissioner Huntingford, second by Commi:ssioner Kelly to
approve and sign Resolution No. 20-72, and Resolution No. 21-72, as follows:

RESOLUTION FOR JUVENILE COURT PROBATION SERVICES
The Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, State of Washington, believe there is a
services for the delinquent and incorrigible juvenile in Jefferson County and that funds for such a program have

need for a special supportive program in the Juvenile Probation Department in the administration of probation
been provided by RCW 13.06.030 entitled, "Probation Services-Special Supervision Programs:" from January 1,
1973 to June 30, 1973.
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that pursuant to administrative Order No.7 of the Division of Institu-
tions, this Board intends to establish a Special Supervision Program in this County; make application for funds
available under the Probation Subsidy Bill with the approval of Joseph H. Johnston, Judge of the Superior Court;

designates R. L. Bradley, Director of Juvenile Court Services, Jefferson County, Washington, to coordinate plan-
ning, certification, and the making and submission of claims for reimbursement from the Division of Institutions.
