10:00a.m. Meeting called to order by Chairman A.M.O'Meara with all members present.
Mr. Norman Peterson, President, Evergreen Environmental Corp. appeared to request permission to bond for
sewer, water and road:; and to submit letter of commitment for $600,000.00 from Port Angeles Savings and Loan
Association and Highline Finance Savings and Loan Co. To permit developers to comply with county regulations,
roads have to be in before Plat can be approved by the Board. Sewer and water lines wilEbe installed after
roads are completed to county specifications. Board granted permission to bond for sewer, water and roads wi th
letter of commitment. Mr. Petersen stated he would contact both firms and have them forward letter verifying
amount of monies committed to Evergreen Corp. for this development.

Beard approved and signed Resolution No. 25-72, County Road Project No. 351, to replace Bridge on Rock Creek
County Road No. 216. as follows:

In the matter of the Upper Hoh Road No. 216
Resolution to replace Rock Creek Bridge
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to construct a
bridge over Rock Creek.

" BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby appropriated sums
in the following detail:
Gas Tax Funds
Donations ,etc.

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity and the County Road
Enginet3r is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO report and preceed thereon as by Law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor in accordance with the Standard Road and
Bridge Specifications of the State of Washington as adopted by this Board.
