WHEREAS, taxpayers are understandably reluctant to provide money that is not absolutely
necessary for the good of all,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, JEFFERSON COUNTY

WASHINGTON, that such Board supports the position to provide that the Assessor shall physically inspect all
property assessment purposes every six (6) years instead of every four (4) years.

Board received letter from Mrs. Donalda C. Porter, relating to the development of her property in Goodfellow's
Manhattan Beach Tract. She will be advised that plans must be submitted in accordance with regular procedure
outlined in County Platting Ordinance, and that plans should also be submitted to the County Planning Commis-
sion.
