Auditor, Betty Temple, reported that she had received legal advise concerning the setting of a minimum charge
on tax and mineral statements. Stated there must be a statutory authority to enable the setting of minimums and
we have no such authority.
Notice from the Port of Port Townsend amending their Final Budget for 1973 by dropping the levy for the General
Obligation Bond Fund, which was in the amount of one tenth of a mill(.10). Motion by Commissioner Hunting-
ford, second by CommissiDner Kelly to accept deletion. Unanimous by Board.
Engineer Becker presented the Road Construction Program for 1973. Motion by Commissioner Huntingford,
by Commissioner Kelly to approve and sign Resolution No. 39-72A, Jefferson County Road Construction Program,
as follows. Unanimous by Board.
