BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of County Commissioners does now declare its intention to va-
cate and abandon said road, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed to examine said roads
and report his opinion as to whether this county road should be vacated and abandoned; whether any is in use
or has been in use: the condition thereof, and whether it wUl be advisable to preserve said road for the County
Road System in the future; whether the public wUl be benefited by the proposed abandonment, and all other
facts, matters and things which will be of importance to the Board; and that such report be fUed as soon as
possible.
ADOPTED this 13th. day of November, 1972.
