Board received letter from the County Planning Commission re: Protection of birdlife on Protection Island. Letter
states that Game Department is particularly concerned over the nesting grounds of the "Rhinoceros Auklet" and
asked that they be notified of requests for building permits so they might minimize building in locations where
structures would interfer with nesting. Copy of letter will be given to Deputy in charge of building permits to
notify each prospecti....e builder and the Game Department.

missioner Huntingford to approve and Sign. Unanimous by Board. Bid opening set for 10:00a .m., Monday, Dec-
ember 4, 1972.
Board signed Notice of Time and Place of Hearing Proposed County Budget for 1973. Hearing date set for Dec-
ember 4, 1972.
Motion by Commissioner Kelly, second by Commissioner Huntingford to approve and sign Resolution No. 44-72,
County Road Project No. 354, as follows. Unanimous by Board.

In the matter of the Dabob - Coyle Road,
County Road No. 16
Resolution to relocate and reconstruct
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to improve 1 mile
of the Dabob - Coyle Road be relocated, clearing, grubbing, grading and draining.
. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby appropriated sums
in the follOWing detail:

Bridge Specifications of tho State of Washington as adopted by this Board.
