RESOLUTION NO. 45-72
DISBURSEMENT OF FEDERAL FOREST RESERVE MONIES
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASH.::
INGTON, distributing and allocating FEDERAL FOREST RESERVE MONIES received by Jefferson County for the
calendar year 1972.
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Treasurer is in receipt of the sum of eight hundred Sixty five
thousand, two hundred one dollars and sixty cents ($865,201.66) from the State Auditor of the State of Washing-
ton, representing this County's distributive .<;hare of Federal Forest Reserve Revenues apportioned by the U.S.
Department of Agriculture during the calendar year 1971, and pursuant to the statute of the State of Washington
in such cases made and provided it is now the duty of the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners to make the
proper disposition thereof, and
WHEREAS, this Board of County Commissioners has given careful consideration to the needs of
the County Road System, and to the needs of the several school districts of Jefferson County and their' necess-
ary administrative requirements, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, and this BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS does hereby order, allocate,
distrIbute and apportion said sum of $865,201. 66, as follows:
(A)
to the COUNTY ROAD FUND for the maintenance and construction of County Roads dur-
ing the year 1973, the sum of $432,600.83;
(B)

to the COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICTS the sum of $432,600.83, to be distributed as fOllowsii
to be apportioned according to attendance in said Districts by.the County Superintendent ;i
of Schools (Intermediate School District No. 114) according to law, as follows: :1
