wallips River Road. Commissioner Kelly will inspect the culvert for possible threat of damage by flooding.

Letter from State Liquor Control Board re: Issurance of liquor permit for Firelite Tavern in Chimacum.
Commissioner Huntingford previously sent letter stating his opposition to the issuance due to lack of popu-
lation. Commissioner Kelly and Chairman O'Meara concur; Liquor Board will be so notified.
Letter from Alcoholism Section, Olympia, re: Allocation for Jefferson County Alcoholism Program for the
amount of $2,400, for a period commencing Nov. I, 1972 through June 30, 1973. Letter of acceptance mailed

Resolution to Relocate and Construct
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to improve
I mile of the Dosewallips Road by relocating, clearing, grubbing, grading and draining.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby appropriated sums
in the following detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DECIARED to be a public necessity and the County Road
Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by Contract in accordance with the Standard Road and
Bridge Specifications of the State of Washington as adopted by this Board.
ADOPTED THIS 2nd day of January, 1973.
