" II !: Mr. Larry Chittenden, Electronic Data Professionals, Inc. appeared re: Electronic Accounting Systems. Showed sample of Mason County Road Program Project Report. Explained it is a three step operation. (1) Indexing of time report in-put tape, which (2) feeds material into memory bank, which in turn (3) rolls tape back out and issues report. Cost would be $550 per month and would include the first years maintenance. It is designed to allow the counties to comply with State regulations on Bars Manual. Mr. Chittenden will return at a later date to give a demonstration. Motion by Commissioner 0' Meara, second by Commissioner Brown to approve minutes of last meeting. I: " I II 'I Unanimous. No. 214, as follows: RESOLUTION NO. 5-73 COUNTY ROAD PROJECT NO. 357 BEFORE THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, STATE OF WASHINGTON In the matter of the Lower Hoh Road County Road No. 214 Resolution to Replace Bridge IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to construct a bridge and approaches over Anderson Creek. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose there is hereby appropriated sums in the follOWing detail: Gas Tax Funds Donations Other Total Local Engineer Right of Way Items of Work: Day Labor Contract Constr, Engr. $ 7.000.00 3.000.00 $ 7 .000.00 3.000.00 60.000.00 60.000.00 Total $ 70.000.00 $ 70.000.00 The county road purpose herein described in HEREBY DECLARED to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO report and proceed thereon as by law provided. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by Contract in accordance with the Standard Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of Washington as adopted by this Board. Letters regarding representatives for the Shoreland Management Advisory Commission from Milwaukee Land Co. and Kt.laloch Beaoh Ocean Village. Letter will be written explaining the entire situation is being investigated by the Board and members of the Dept. of Eoology.
