General Receipt and copies of invoice vouchers from the Treasurer's Office regarding State refund on 1971-72 summer Y.D.C.C. Cooperative Program for a total amount of $1,411. 92. Cut-off dates for submission of applications for 1973 grant awards from Planning and Community Affairs Agency. Letter will be referred to the Sheriff's Dept. Letter from V. W. Korf, P.t., adviSing that he is replacing Mr. Kerslake as District Engineer in District No.3, State Highway Commission. Request for copy of Jefferson Co. Overall Economic Development Plan, from the Federal Highway Commis sion. Copy will be forwarded. I Motion by Commissioner O'Meara, second by Commissioner Brown to recess until 10:00 a .m. Thursday, January 25. Unanimous. Meeting will resume at that date to enable the Board to start procedures on flood prevention at Quilcene. ################################i# January 25, 1973 I The Board resumed the meeting of January 22nd, to start procedures on construction to prevent flooding of the Big Qullcen'e River in Quilcene. Discussion was also held relating to the proposed Camper Club Ordinance. Motion by Commissioner 0' Meara, second by Commissioner Brown to approve and sign Resolution No. 6-73, requesting the Director of the Dept. of Motor Vehicles to deny the issuance of permits to all Camper Club Developers, in this county, until the adoption of an ordinance by this Board. Letter and copy of Resolution will be forwarded. . RESOLUTION NO. 6 - 73 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, Washington, on this date, has been unable to reconcile and promulgate an ordinance suitable to local, health, planning and environmental requirements, as contemplated by Chapter 106, Laws of the 2nd Extraordinary Session 1972, now, therefore BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles acting in his capacity as that no future promotional permits under the Act be processed under the authority of his office until the local I Administrator of the Securities Act, RCW 21.20, be, and he is hereby solicited and petitioned, to the end objeotives have been determined.
