1. That the Planning Director for the Regional law and Justice Planning Office be CRAIG A. RITCHIE. .,
Be it FURTHER RESOLVED by the Boards of County Commissioners of Clallam and Jefferson Counties;
:2. That the Regional law and Justice Planning Director be authorized on this day to submit a letter
to the law and Justice Planning Office of the State of Washington requesting the use of $11,962.00.
3. That the attached Budget be designated as the official statement of how the Boards of County
Commissioneru intend the Grant will be used.
4. That the Clallam-Jefferson Regional Planning Director be designated "Project Director" for
purposes of administrating this program and managing this budget.
5. That the Clallam County Auditor be designated Financial Officer for purposes of administrating
this program and managing it's budget.
6. That the Regional Criminal Justice Advisory Board be designated as the official advisory body
and fact finding agency to the Boards of County Commissioners regarding matters of criminal justice planning.
