Resolution to improve by bank protection
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS that it is their intention to protect the
Lingerlonger Road (Old Section) from washout by flooding by construction of approximately 600 feet of rock
ripra p bank protection.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED l'HAT for the foregoing proper county road purposes there is hereby appropriated sums
in thf3 follOWing detail:

The county road purpose herein described is HEREBY DEClARED to be a public necessity and the County Road
Engineer 1s HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE rf FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor in accordance with the Standard
Road and Bridge Specifications of the State of Washington as adopted by this Board.
