No person Shall dlscnarge, set off, or cause to be diSCharged, in or into any Jefferson County

A. AU laws, rules and regulations of the State Game Commission relating to season, 11 mits, and metnods
of f1sning are applicable to fiShing for game fish in Jefferson County Park Areas.
\ B. All laws , rules, and regulations of the State Department of FiSheries relating to season, Umits, and

methods of taking, are applicable to the taking of ShellfiSh or food fiSh in Jefferson County Park Areas.
SEC'fION l2. RELIGIOUS SERVrCES OR GROUP RALLIES
Religious services or group rall1es may be permitted in Jefferson County Park Areas where facilities
are adequate, and where such activities will not conflict in any way with normal park useage. To avoid conflict,:!
permission for SUCh activities must be obtained in advance from the Bca rcl of Jefferson County Commissioners.

Permission for the use of loudspeakers by groups must be obtained in advance.
!.ECTION 13. GEJJERAL
A. No boisterous or noisome activities Shall be engaged in between the hours of lO:OO P. M. and sunrise.
B . Vulgar language or improper conduct will not be tolerated at anytime.
D. Park property must not be defaced or destroyed.

SECTION 14. PENALTIES
Compliance with the terms and conditions of this ordinance Shall constitute minimum health, sanir-
tation and safety provisions. Any person WhO shall violate or fail to comply with any provision of this
ordinance shall be deemed gullty of a misdemeanor.
SECTION 15.
This ordinance Shall be publiShed once in the Port Townsend Leader to be in force and take effect
on tne date of its adoption.

at. thill time: due to future development. Stated platted street may be required for installation of util1ties or
possibly street could be used as a roadside area in conjunction with the park land in that area. Mr. Brown
stated vacation was requested for safety reas,oos for Children coming to tneir store. Opposes county turning
thio area into a road s ide park. A. C. Gardy, Attorney for Browns, advised that denial to vacate due to in-
tention of development of a county park may be cause for a oourt case. Mrs. Eva Taylor, Member, Jefferson
Gonntv Planning Commission expressed disapproval of vacating any property that can be used for horse or bike
trallfl. Motion by Commissioner 0' Meara, second by Commissioner Brown to table at this tioo to enable further
inveatigat10n and consultation. Unanimous.
