Notice of error regarding the amount of drug abuse funds released from Jefferson County for reallocation.
Amount is $417.00, not $933.00 as previously stated.
Notice of 1974 assessment to the Olympic Air Pollution Control Authority. Amount is eleven cents per
person, for a total of $599.50.

Resolution No. 25-73, re: County Fair. Motion by CommissiomlT O'Meara, second by Commissioner Brown to
adopt and sign resolution deSignating the Jefferson County Fair Association as the exclusive agency to operate
and manage the Jefferson County Fair. Unanimous. Resolution as follows:
RESOLUTION NO. 25-73
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, Washington, has been' for many
years last past providing for the holding of a County Fair under and by authority of R.C. W. 36.37. OlO upon
lands and premises owned by Jefferson County in fee, and
WHEREAS, a question has arisen tuuching upon a lack of suitable documentatuiQn to comply with
the statute abovementioned and other pertinent statutes, and
WHEREAS, it 1s the present desire and objective of this Board of County Commissioners to conform , therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of R.C. W. 36.37.040, this Board of County Commiss-
ioners has designated, and by this resolution doell hereby desiQnate, the Jefferson County Fair Association,
a non-profit corporation, as the exlusive agency to opal'ate and manage the Jefferson County Fair for the
calendar year 1973, and for subllequent years until the tonor and effect of thiB resolution is repealed or
mod Wed.
