RESOLUTION NO. 26-73
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION TO TEE INTERAGENCY COMMITTEE FOR OUTDOOR RECREATION (lAC)
FOR ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE FUNDS FOR THE PLANNING, ACQUISIl'ION, DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGE-
MENT OF ATV TRAILS AND AREAS AS PROVIDED IN' THE 1972 ALL-TERRAIN VEHIClE ACT.
(RCW 46.09)

WHEREAS, the County of Jefferson has qualified to receive ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE (A'lV) FUNDS for
A'lV-related purposes, and
WHEREAS, The County of Jefferson considers it in the best public interest to provide for the needs

of A'lV users within its jurisdiction;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS of the COUNTY OF
JEFFERSON of the STATE OF WASHINGTON,
1) Be authorized to make application to the lAC for A'lV Funds available to it as its Fiscal Year
1973 apportionment, and be it further resolved:
2) That the ATV Funds received be used in accordance with the GUidelines for A'lV Funds estabished
by the lAC for the purposes spec1f1ed therein, and be it further resolved:

3) That this resolution be submitted to the lAC with the necessary Application in order to facilitate
the transfer of avaUable ATV Funds from the lAC to Jefferson County All-Terrain Vehicle Fund.
ADOPTED by the County of Jefferson of the State of Washington at its meeting held JUly 9,1973.
SIGNED and APPROVED by the BOARD OF THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS of the COUNTY OF
JEFFERSON, this 9th. day of July, 1973.

, Glen O. Gustavson appeared ra: Establ1shment of road on Bo!ton Peninsula. Engineer Becker advised that
meeting was being arranged to include all oonoerned property owners for agroomont on boot possible location of
road and that he would be notified of date, time and pll1ce of meeting. Mr. Gustavson rAquested Engineer Becker
to set the meeting himself for this week, if possible.
