Board received executed copy of Contract No. 1060-PRC-12 76, alcoholism services contract, from the Depart-
ment of Social and Health Services.
Copies of approval of Solid Waste Manaqement Planning Contract No. 28 were recElived from tho Office of
Planning & Pr ogram Development and Land Resources Planning. The Board and Engineer Docker d.lflCUS.80d the
progress for thi!l year.
Tho Board discuosed the News Release from the Olympic National Forest Service ro: Land Use Planning on the
Soleduck Unit. Commissioner Brown explained that the problem is this land can only be \Ioed on a 13hort term
contraot and if peiple oould build on this property it would be used to a muoh fuller ext.ent.
