P.s follows: Unanimous. ,I RESOLUTION NO. 30-73 , ESTABLISHING A CUMUIATNE RESERVE FUND WHEREAS, according to the Laws of the State of Washington, and in particular R. C. W. 36.33.020, Jefferson County Commissioners are authorized to establish a Cumulative Reserve Fund to be used as a Courthouse It Cumulative Revolving Equipment Fund for the purchase of replacement equipment and machines used in Current II Ii Expense Fund office operations. I' ( NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the COUNTY COMMISSIONERS of JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON, !i that there be and hereby is created a JEFFERSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE CUMULATNE REVOLVING EQUIPMENT " FUND. 1. Initial $25,000.00 to be ,transferred from Federal Revenue Sharing Trust Account to establish separate warrant account to be called JEFFERSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE CUMULATIVE REYOLVING. EQUIPMENT FUND. 7. . Fund to be used for the purpose of: a. Replacement of capitol outlay equipment as needed by the Cl!rrent Expense Department upon proper application and approvals; b. Unanticipated repairs and/or maintenance of Current Expense Department eqUipment; c. Purchase of necessary supplies for operating equipment purchases until such time as it can be covered by budget. 3. Prop,er application to be made at Preliminary Budget time and made in written narrative to the Board of County Commisssioners 4. Proper approval to be made by County Resolution authorizing s{3scific purchase and specifications where sale price is in excess of $1,000.00 bid call will be issued. 5. Prosecuting Attorney will draw contract for equipment purchase/supplies, purchase costs to be replaced in Jefferson County Courthouse Cumulative Revolving Fund within the follOWing three calendar years. Repayment to include reasonable interest. 6. Repayment installments to be included. in Departmental Budgets.
