Brown,Member Board discussed Resolution "Adopting Laws and Fixing Fees for Open Space Land Classification". Motion by Commissioner Brown, second by Commissioner O'Meara to approve and sign Resolution No. 32-73 Adopting Laws and Fixing Fees for 'Open Space Land Classification 11 as follows. Unanimous. (i. RESOLUTION NO. 32-73 A RESOLUTION of the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, Washington adopting by reference the provisions of Chapter 87 of the 2nd 1970 Extra-ordinary Session and amended by the 43rd. Legislative, First Extra-ordinary Session of 1973 laws of the State of Washing- ton and fixing for land classification hereunder a reasonable application proceSSing fee. BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners for Jefferson County, Washington, as follows: Section 1. That the purpose and intent of Chapter 87 of the 2nd Extra-ordinary Session of the Forty- I first Legislature as amended by the Forty-third Legislature, First Extra-ordinary SeSSion 1973 of the State of Washington, and all the provisions therof insofar as they pertain to Jefferson County, are hereby referred to and by this reference be and the same are hereby established, adopted and settled as legislative policy and procedure of Jefferson County. Section 2. That to accomplish the objectives herein sought to be obtained and to permit an owner of of land deSiring current use assessment under said legislative act and this resolution, upon the filing of application therfore, the applicant shall accompany such application with processing fees as follows: '! $25.00 to be credited to the Current Expense Fund, and returnable if property is not eligab1e for classifi-o; . cation under the Open Space Law,' PROVIDED HOWEVER, no parcel greater than 640 acres shall be considered on on application. Brown, Member Mr. Michael Shupe presented a petition from Coyle Community Club asking for formation the "Coyle Water Dis- trict". Petition will be given to atd itor or assessor to verify Signatures and a hearing will thon be set. Mr Shupe indicated there were about 20 cabins and 10 trallers in the area and a maximum of 40-50 people on a week- end. Palmer McCarter brought information about a meeting August 15 at 9:30 at Olympic College in Bromerton regarding Ecological Commission matters. Also a Dairy Waste Disposal Study meeting-August 28th in Puyallup. . Board &pproved and signed July bUls to be paid in August, as follows,
